FEISPARTIC F521 High Solids Polyaspartic Polyurea Resin
1. Introduction of F521
FEISPARTIC F521 is an amino-functional co-reactant for polyisocyanates; its solvent(10% butyl acetate) based 520, could formulate high-solids, two-component polyurethane topcoats, and solvent-free coating materials.
FEISPARTIC F521 can also react with –NCO functional HDI trimmer from which a longer gelling time and excellent yellow resistance can be achieved. A longer gelling time can also be obtained when mixing with FEISPARTIC F420 to achieve a pure aspartic polyurea coating with a high build and a fast dry two-pack coating system. FEISPARTIC F521 is also compatible with other hydroxyl-functional resins, such as acrylic and alkyd resin. It is widely applied in formulating a variety of protective coatings.
